Open a gift from the catalog, confirm value and quantity, choose “For myself” or “Send as a gift”, then pay with Webpay. After payment is confirmed, the certificate is issued digitally.
Delivery is instant after a successful payment, unless you scheduled a later send at checkout. We email the certificate and SMS when a mobile number is provided.
Paid digital gift certificates on this Platform never expire, consistent with RA 10962. Promotional certificates may follow the validity shown on the product page.
Open the certificate link from email/SMS (or your account), show the QR at a participating branch of the issuing merchant, and follow staff instructions. House rules and availability still apply.
Issued certificates are generally non-refundable and not convertible to cash, except as required by law or if payment was taken in error. Contact us with your order reference if a payment succeeded but no certificate arrived.
